Privacy
Succint, Inc. is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. If you submit the contact form we receive your name, work email, company, industry, role and any comments you add. We use it only to respond to your enquiry and arrange a workshop or demo. We do not sell or rent personal data, and a form submission alone does not add you to a marketing list.
We share data only with the providers that run our website, email and customer records, and where the law requires it. We operate from the United States and the European Union, so data may move between the two under standard contractual clauses. Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months after our last correspondence.
You may ask us for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it, at contact@succint.ai. You may also complain to your data protection authority; in Portugal that is the CNPD.
Your operational data
During an engagement, your asset, maintenance, inventory and supplier data is processed only to deliver the agreed use cases for you. It is never used to train models for another customer. We ask for read access to the minimum data set in scope, encrypt it in transit and at rest, limit access to the people on your engagement, and return or delete it on request at the end. Where it contains personal data, we act as your processor under a data processing agreement. Our security documentation and subprocessor list are available under NDA.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies and runs no third-party analytics. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives the font request including your IP address. If that changes, we will ask for your consent first.
Terms of use
This website is for general information about our product and how we work. It is not an offer or a warranty, and no figure on it is a projection of your results — commercial terms are set only in a signed agreement. The Succint! name, logo and the content of this site belong to us; third-party product names belong to their owners and are used for identification only, without implying any partnership.
The site is provided "as is", without warranties, and we may change or withdraw any part of it. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
